SALES POLICY

With the commitment of "Good quality, Good Service, and Competitive price", Cuu Long Lubricants JSC implement the Sales Policy as follows:

1. Quality of Products

All Products of Cuu Long Lub are genuine, imported directly from the Manufacturers, with quality certificate including Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis/Compliance, Technical Datasheet, Material Safety Datasheet, Warranty and strictly comply with the Quality Commitments of the Manufacturers.

2. Quotation and Prices

Prices in Quotation are exclude VAT, free delivery within Ho Chi Minh City.

The Quotation is valid for 03 months (in case there is any change, it will be noticed in the quotation).

The Quotation is always sent via email or letter (if required) officially. After received Quotation Request (please fill in "QUOTATION REQUEST" Form in the Contact page), we will respond/quote to you within 01 days at the latest.

Cuu Long Lub pledge our prices to be the  best and identical. However, product prices vary depending on package size and quantity of Purchase Order.

With large Order or regular Customer, depending on the term and condition of the Contract, we will prepare a special purchasing plan to ensure maximum benefits for the Customers.

3. Signing of Contract

A Purchase will be considered valid only the Purchase Order have been signed by both Customer and Cuu Long Lub. With a small Order, it can be agreed and confirmed by email. Verbal Order/Phone Order are not acceptable.

4. Payment and Delivery

Stage 1: 50% of total amount when signing Contract

Stage 2: remaining 50% of total amount before receiving the Goods

Delivery time: 3-4 weeks since 1st payment

Paid by T/T to the Seller through:

Beneficiary Name: Công ty CP Dầu nhớt Cửu Long

Account Number: XXX

at Phu Nhuan Branch, Ho Chi Minh City

VAT invoice shall be issued for all Products

With large Orders or regular Customer, payment term will be negotiated.

5. Orders cancellation

Agreed to refund full paid amount if we received the official cancellation request via email or letter within 24 hours of Purchasing Order signing. When receiving cancellation, we will confirm. In case there is no feedback, Customer should call the hotline phone number to make sure your request have been approved.

6. Shipping

With PO do not delivery within Ho Chi Minh City, if Customer request to ship, Customer will pay for actual shipping cost.

7. Warranty

Follow Warranty Policy of the Manufactures

8. Exchanges

Cuu Long Lub is responsible for defective/wrong products. We will do exchange for new products.

9. Confidentiality commitments

We are committed to protecting and not to disclosing any information about Purchasing and Customer except getting written approval by Customer by email or letter.

We just provide some information such as: name and phone of recipient, delivery address to transportation agency if the Buyer request shipping service.
